Anita Kaye Worley Hoskins

Anita Kaye Worley Hoskins, age 55, of Booneville, KY, passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2019, at the University of KY Chandler Medical Center, in Lexington, KY. Anita was born October 28, 1963, in Dayton, OH, a daughter to the late Lloyd Worley, and Leona Worley-Buchanan. Anita was a member of the New Hope Baptist Church, and a volunteer troop leader for Girl Scouts Troop 1985. In her free-time she enjoyed attending the events of her grandchildren, and spending time with her family and friends. Anita is survived by her long-time companion of nearly 30 years; Alvin Miller Jr. of Booneville, KY, 2 sons; Nathaniel (Tiffany) Hoskins, and Matt (Ashley Adams) Hoskins both of Booneville, KY, 3 daughters; Nicole (Nathan) Combs of Buckhorn, KY, Sarah (Shane) Byrd of Corbin, KY, and Heather (Allen) Downs of Booneville, KY, 9 grandchildren; Bryce, Shelby, Kaitlynn, Daniel, Mavree, Layla, Chase, Tyler, and Blake, 4 brothers; Steve Worley, Jim (Diane) Worley, Scott Worley, and David (Deana) Worley all of Ohio, 3 sisters; Rebecca (Melvin) Rusk, Jennifer Johnson, and Susan Worley all of Ohio, and many other loving family members and friends. Along with her parents; Lloyd Worley, and Leona Worley-Buchanan, she was preceded in death by her step-fathers; Charles "Buck" Locke, and Charles Buchanan, sister-in-law; Charlene Worley, and niece; Jessica Helsley. Visitation will be held Monday, April 15, 2019 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home, with a special prayer service beginning at 7:30 PM. Visitation will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2019 from 12:00 to 2:00 PM at the Robert L. Crooks Funeral Center at Preble Memory Gardens - 3377 US Rt. 35 - West Alexandria, OH, A graveside service will be held immediately following the visitation at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery, where she will be laid to rest by her family.
