Andy Scott Lewis

6 months old, of Brookville, flew to Heaven on the wings of an Angel after a short illness on Tuesday, January 24, 2023.

He was born June 29, 2022 in Dayton, to his parents, Christina Rust and Jason Lewis.

Andy was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Isaac Lewis and Sharon Lewis-Rust; maternal grandparents, Randy and Kim Rust; and aunt, Becky Rust.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his siblings, Cassandra, Jason Jr., Christine, Jeffrey, and Isaac Lewis; grandma, Danielle Coffman; Godmother, Nikki Hensley; and many more aunts, uncles, cousins, and family members.

Andy was a very lovable and happy baby who enjoyed giving his mom kisses.  He loved playing with his mobile and his pacifier.

A visitation will be held Thursday, February 2 from 5-7PM at PREBLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL CENTER, 3377 US Route 35 East, West Alexandria 45381 with the funeral service beginning at 7PM.
