Alex Bowser

29, of Eaton, unexpectedly passed away, Monday, April 24, 2023.

She was born July 30, 1993, to her parents, Kevin Lee and Amy Lorean (McCargish) Bowser.

Alex was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, William Lee Bowser; and maternal grandparents, James Lewis and Betty Ann (Ostopak) McCargish.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her siblings, Maxwell Lee (Leahann Scott) Bowser, Kasey Katherine (Jordan Decker) Bowser, and Lewis Michael (Jessica Spitler) Bowser; paternal grandmother, Nellie Jane Bowser; niece, Ayla Moon Bowser; aunts and uncles, Jim and Lora McCargish, Dan McCargish, Karma and Dan Serena, and Karen and Al Reyes; and many, many more friends and family.

Born with a free spirit, Alex was a non-conformist who often felt like she was born in the wrong decade. She had a unique way of looking at the world and always dared to live life on her own terms. Her infectious smile, warm personality, and love for people made her a true people-person, and she had the remarkable ability to make anyone feel welcome in her presence.

One of Alex's greatest passions was music, especially hip-hop, which she loved with all her heart. She would often be seen singing and dancing to her favorite songs, and her love for music was contagious.  Throughout her life, Alex had a zest for adventure, and she never shied away from trying new things. Her love for life and her fearless attitude inspired those around her to live their lives to the fullest.

Alex's passing has left a void in our hearts that will never be filled. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who knew her. Though she may no longer be with us, her spirit and her love for life will live on in our hearts forever.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, May 3 from 11AM to 2PM at PREBLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL CENTER, 3377 US Route 35 East, West Alexandria 45381.  A graveside service will follow at Preble Memory Gardens Cemetery.
