Aaron W. “Bulldog” Dixon
52, of Dayton, unexpectedly passed away Friday, January 13, 2023.
He was born June 22, 1970 in Dayton to his parents, Gary W. Dixon and Faye (Wentworth) Maddin.
Aaron was preceded in death by his dad, Gary, and grandparents, Elvie and Denver Rice.
He is survived by his wife, Tammy Dixon; son, Drake Dixon; mother, Faye; sisters, Shonda Martin and Shannon Ramsey; step-sister, Jennifer Maddin; mother-in-law, Doris Hunnel; and brother-in-law, Sonny Hunnel.
Bulldog, as he was affectionately called, was the life of the party. He could bring a smile and a laugh to his friends and family’s face in no time all. Even though he had a scrappy side to him and was not afraid to show feelings, everyone who knew him, knew he loved and cared about them. Aaron was a collector of many things including comic books and music, he enjoyed riding around on his motorcycle, and spending time planting flowers in the yard.
The family will receive friends Monday, January 23 from 5-6PM at PREBLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL CENTER, to come together to remember and celebrate Bulldog’s life.
Contributions in his memory may be made to Dayton Children’s Hospital.
